Storing AOD-9604: Best Practices
Péptido Liofilizado (Sin Abrir)
El polvo liofilizado de AOD-9604 es estable a temperatura ambiente hasta 90 días. Para almacenamiento a largo plazo, mantener a -20°C (-4°F) en un contenedor sellado y desecado. Evitar la exposición directa a la luz.
Péptido Reconstituido
Reconstituir con Agua Bacteriostática (0.9% alcohol bencílico) o Agua Estéril para inyección. Una vez reconstituido, almacenar a 2°C a 8°C (36°F–46°F) y usar dentro de 14–21 días. No congelar la solución reconstituida.
Precauciones de Manejo
- Permitir que el vial alcance la temperatura ambiente antes de abrirlo para prevenir la condensación.
- No agitar vigorosamente; girar suavemente durante la reconstitución.
- Usar técnica aséptica para todas las preparaciones.
- Desechar cualquier solución que aparezca turbia o contenga material particulado.
