CJC-1295 (DAC:GRF) e um(a) sintetico(a) analogue of hormonio do crescimento-releasing hormone (GHRH) engineered by ConjuChem Biotechnologies (Montréal, Canada) using their proprietary Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) technology. [1] The DAC platform covalently conjugates a reactive maleimide group to o peptideo, que then irreversibly binds the free cysteine residue (Cys-34) of circulating serum albumin — the a maioria abundant plasma protein with a plasma meia-vida of aproximadamente 19 days.
